Truckstop.com & Aim Transfer & Storage, Inc Launch eCredentials Program

The eCredentials software platform began through an innovative collaboration between Truckstop.com, the industry leader in freight matching innovation with over 20 years of experience, and Aim Transfer & Storage, a progressive transportation and logistics, company. Together we developed and launched the eCredentials software platform, ushering in electronic credentials for the transportation industry.

The initial implementation of this software began in partnership with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and collaboration with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WIDOT) and Wisconsin Law Enforcement. The eCredentials Working Group Task Force developed a successful pilot program first in Wisconsin, and quickly expanded to include the states of Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, some Illinois enforcement agencies and Canadian Provinces. Due to the success of the pilot program, on January 1, 2019, the Motor Carrier Electronic Credentials (eCredentials) program was approved for all U.S. States and Canadian Provinces. Truckstop.com is very proud to have worked with the FMCSA, WIDOT and Wisconsin Law Enforcement in the successful launch of the eCredentials productivity platform. This is a significant achievement for the industry, and opens the door to future innovation.
